The Facility is sited in an industrial and agricultural mixed area characterized by rolling topography, with gently sloped areas transected by small streams and/or wetlands in the low-lying areas between elevated landforms. The Ravena-Coeymans-Selkirk High School is located approximately 0.3 miles south of the Facility Area.

Intervenor Funding Received by Flach Family Farms:

In its application, Flach Family Farms says it is a farming operation local to the Project that is currently farming hay, soybeans and corn. Flach Family Farms indicates that it intends to utilize the requested funds to conduct a preliminary investigation into the suitability of integrating sheep grazing within the proposed project area to minimize the impacts to agricultural production at the project site.
